The company had contact with us throughout the experience without being overbearing. They worked with us to improve out credit and our loan rate and where extremely prepared when the time came to close. No surprises. Smooth experience.

Erin C was very responsive to the buyers but failed to keep the agent in the loop with correspondence unless inquiry emails were sent. outside of milestone updates Tina K did not respond to an emails from agent once the Nloan went to processing....
