The appraiser was rude and couldn't be bothered to talk to me. He cut me off and said "how did you get my name and number?" On the phone. I Hope no more Churchill customers will have to work with Jeff Crawford in the future, but Tina was awesome...

My first experience (2007) with Churchill mortgage was awesome. However this time there were several issues at closing. Although Tina was very helpful, there were several delays with the closing documents be prepared.
