Tim was amazing however, the underwriting team left a lot to be desired and made Tim's job a lot harder than it had to be. That said, he worked very well with the title company, listing agent , and myself to get the deal closed.

There was a lot of unnecessary information being asked. Communication was confusing at times with the amount of people in an email thread.

Tim told me in an email that the Buyer would NOT have to pay for a second appraisal if they give permission to do a second one and in the email it said....."....we can then ask for permission to obtain a 2nd appraisal (at no cost to Dustyn)....."...
