Tim and his team do the impossible. Communication is awesome and meeting a tight deadline was never an issue. I will definitely use Tim and his team again.
Great communication throughout the entire process. online E-sign feature was great for our location and the title company actually came to my house for final signing.

This is the 2nd time I've used Tim and his team for my banking needs. They are always on top of things, and very responsive! They are all very knowledgeable and answer questions without ever making you feel silly for asking them!

Better communication would have gone a long way. Found the underwriting experience to be highly unpleasant. It was the most difficult borrowing experience I have ever encountered.
