The process was made much easier with the staffs help. They were very flexible when it came to getting them the documents required for my loan.

This is the 3rd mortgage my wife and I have closd with Tim and his team at Dart bank. They are exceptional. Everyone involved is polite, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable.

The whole team was helpful and updated me with where things stood each step of the way.
I talked to Tim the most and he was great to talk to, had answers to every question I had, and was quick to text back with answers.

no ,but the process is far from complete..lots more work to be completed on the build that the bank will be handing.The weaver team are grest to desk with.

Tim was great however, we were disappointed with the service we received from the Team Angie spelled our last name wrong in an email and the team requested multiple docs that were already submitted which we felt delayed the process overall...
