Tim is very accessible and helpful
Tim made it great. Friendly, helpful, quick to respond, and has my best interests at heart. I can't say enough good things.
There were a couple of things that we felt they should have communicated better like homeowners insurance and impound accounts. There was also confusion over the interest rate.
Prompt service, knowledgeable, and quick to answer.
