Ease of process and responsiveness
As I said, it was easy, painless, and any question was answered quickly and in easy to understand terms.
We received awesome communication. Any time my wife and I had questions or concerns they were answered and explained immediately. We were kept well informed during the whole process. The whole mortgage team was terrific!
