I was a first time buyer and even though it was more of a mortgage refi, Tim was very supportive and helpful and put up with all my questions and made me feel like I was not a bother

Tim has been very helpful - he explained all the options for us clearly and quickly. He also attended the closing for us when our realtor was unable to attend in person - that was a great help for us.

Always available, and super informative.
