Tim and Sarah were extremely helpful throughout the process. Very easy to contact and were able to provide answers to any questions we had. They worked with us when we had to delay the process for about a month without any issues.

Took forever
The people were all great, esp Tim was quite proactive and friendly. The process was OK and standard for a mortgage close, perhaps even with a few extra steps than typical, say with a bank.
