Tim Carr was very helpful at every step. He called and assisted me in speeding up the process, by making third party calls with me, and always be willing to explain things clearly for me.
Other than Tim, people working that knew what was going on in the loan field.
Tim was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Working with him made a he experienced much more bearable-I’m not tech savvy and he helped every way he could to make the experience easier for me. Very friendly and delightful.
The amount of time that this was drugged out it should have been much faster. I know it wasn't all your fault and I don't know what you could have done to make this though easier. You know we did everything on our end that you wanted. But overall...

Amount of time to collect all that was needed to have loan application accepted. Seemed as if everyday there was something new to collect. Then after all was collected it was difficult to get the loan funded then sent to me. As far as Tim goes...
