We were kept up yo date at every stage. Very friendly and professional representatives.
The underwriter was just being the worst and I was ready to call it quits. Than Tim got involved and helped make the process easier. If it wasn't for Tim I probably would've just walked away.

The process seemed simple and there was communication weekly. The team was always available when I had a question.
