Communication from the loan officer to the buyer's agent would have made this a much better experience. I gave it a "OK" rating because the property did settle on time.

My communication approach is always guided by the buyer’s preferences and privacy requests. In this case, the buyer asked that certain personal information be kept confidential, which I fully respected. I and my processing team responded promptly...
