Not much red tape handled very well I think Amara save is probably the best mortgage company I have ever done business with

Under promised. Over delivered. Covid made it take a little longer. But other than that smooth sailing.
Tim and his team were excellent from start to finish. Need to be patient on total time for the process to take place due to the favorable rates right now. I have applied for many mortgages and this one by far was the easiest.
