Tim did a great job keeping in touch. Va loans are never easy, but he kept me informed and finally got er done. Takes a long time with VA stuff so don't expect a fast streamline! Honest fella here and glad to know him.

Attentive to needs
Tim was very responsive with any questions that I had and responded in a timely manner. I did have slowness and difficulty with the underwriter and if I expressed my concern Tim was on the problem and investigating immediately.
I'm not sure that this was necessarily Tim's fault, but the VA refinance process was painfully slow. I started mid-September and didn't close until mid-January. Tim was VERY responsive when I inquired so I give him props for that. However it...
