I I had a great experience with Tiffany Mudge who was the Sr.Loan Officer assigned to me. She is very easy to approach too and very helpful. She'll make sure she'll be able to get back to me with answera.
Dealing with Jason White, one of Tim's associates was absolutly amazing and helpful.
Chatting with him is easy and pleasant, and he replies quickly, so my needs can be addressed promptly.
What seemed to be a complicated situation (mother unable to qualify for the loan) yet I was able to fina nance the home as her primary residence by placing her name on title which avoided the higher interest rate
