Communication is a key and I've been asking for updates with the latest not even answered. We had a pretty long closing at 45 days, the file came out of underwriting the day of closing. I would say rather stressful for everyone.
Easy, professional and efficient. We felt valued and taken care of every step of the process.

I liked that Tim came to settlement and did give a personal touch from time to time.
I wish that someone had told the buyer to wire funds before settlement and gave wire instructions etc. I did not as I thought you folks did.
