Tim Miller and his team made the mortgage process the smoothest thing possible. I am self employed and they still were able to make the approval process fast, with about a 24 hour turn around time which let us get our offer submitted quickly....

Everything was done professional and in a timely manner. Accommodating on when settlement was. Didnt have to take a day off from work to go to settlement.
