The smooth business process. Very helpful staff and outstanding service!
Tim did a great job working with us and getting us through to the finish line. We had a couple hurdles along the way and Tim helped us through every one.
Tim and his team were very communicative and also very easy to get a hold of when I had questions regarding the process. The app and online portal are also very user friendly and convenient when tracking the loan and documentation process.

My wife and I have a big thanks toward Tim Lambert and his team. We ran into some hiccups along the way but the Wood Group team helped us through and got us into our first home! I would recommend them and use them again
