Tim Halverson

I have been using Tim Halverson for over 25 years and he has always been on top of everything and knows how to overcome problems before they happen or if they do come up oh, he knows how to fix them right away, as long as they are fixable....

Our experience throughout the entire loan process and communication was excellent.Even through my long hours at my place of employment, Tim Halverson was patient, and veryhelpful in answering any questions we have had. Thank you Tim for everything....

Overall easy to work with and made everything simple. The only issue I noticed just being a tiny bother was sending and responding the same paperwork multiple times or to different people. I would suggest adding all parties involved that need...

Great communication and ease of process thanks guys.

Tim was very personable and knowledgeable. Very quick to respond to any questions. He made the entire process very easy and pleasant.

Very easy to work with! Will get back to you at anytime of the day and answer any questions you have.

Tim was a great communicator and during this virus time was willing to come by my office and pick our some of the documents that were to big for me to scan. Wonder customer service and constant updates helped make this a smooth enjoyable transaction....

Tim made the whole journey very easy.

Tim and his team were very efficient and responsive. Our refi was completed in less than 30 days.
