I could have the out come I wanted from this refinancing with him.
Tim was helpful, responsive, and patient during our time working together. He was very knowledgeable about the financing process and I feel he had my family’s best interest in mind when discussing options.

When doing a mortgage, response time is a very important part of choosing the right individual to do business with. We hear all the time other companies often take very long to respond; choose wisely!
Tim and his team pushed through the paperwork at record speed in the middle of a pandemic. Thank you for finding viable options and being able to make things work!
Better communications with Calvin.....several unnecessary delays,....closed on March 30..today is April 7, still do not have our money .....paid extra interest because of delay
