Tim was great and it's always a pleasure working with him. He has worked late nights to put in the contract and is available a call away. He was also available during the closing process although he didn't need to be.

Just a note to say thanks for trusting me to do your first home financing. I agree, many potential "buying" issues can arise, that is when experience really helps get clients to closing.
Tim was always there to answer question no matter how crazy they were. I was able to contact Tim quickly and his staff walked me through every step. I had reminders sent frequently so we could stay on track and close on time.
