Tim is very knowledgable he answered all of our questions right away and got us a very competitive rate. He is able to shop multiple lenders to get the absolute lowest rate which is huge. I highly recommend Tim.
Superb information everything was gone over in detail, quick responses with questions. We closed very quickly with more money back than we expected, will use Tim Barr again in the future.
