    I enjoyed working with Tim, very professional and straight forward. I was having problems with my first lender and switch over with Tim. He assured that he go ahead and get the loan closed and did just that. Thank a lot!

    Tim was extremely helpful from start to finish. He made the home buying process fast and easy. I definitely recommend him as a lender. If I buy another house in the future, I know who to call.

    Tim helped me to buy several properties over the last few years, he is very professional and experienced. He provided all the detail information I need, we was able to close all the loan on time.

    Tim was very detail oriented and got me a mortgage after another lender failed. We had to setup an escrow account to fill in a dilapidated pool which was involved. I really appreciated all of Tim's effort getting the loan closed.
