    I have used Tom twice now for a new home loan, and once for a refinancing. He is the best lender I have ever worked with. Very easy to contact - either through email or phone calls, and he always responds promptly. Even better, he thinks ahead...

    Always was responsive and helped us a lot with the process of getting our loan. Returned our calls promptly and had patience with when things got hectic.
