This was our first time buying a home and Tom was very patient and answered/explained everything very well. He also always responded in a timely matter.

Responds to every email in a timely fashion. Everything is straight forward. If I had a question or didn’t understand something he made sure understood it before we moved on in the process. Just overall good communication.

Tom was extremely helpful and thorough as he shepherded us through getting a mortgage. When we faced a complication he found a workaround.
