Painless, convenient and easy to talk to. As pleasant of an experience as a refinance can be.

Thomas was great to work with. Our only issue is that the documents for closing ran right up to the date of closing which made the end of the process a bit hectic.

Communication, whether on the phone or a text, with Thomas was extremely helpful, professional yet warm, and most importantly always timely and informative. All my fears and concerns were addressed immediately and throughly. 10/10!

Tom did a great job at explaining the process along the way and advocating on my behalf when needed.
