Easy to get a hold of, fast response time
Personal touch that Thomas and his team had throughout the process and being able to work around any issues that were encountered! Will be using Thomas and his team for any mortgages in the future!
More consistent communication and faster replies to questions would help. We seemed to get a lot of communication at the beginning of the process but then less frequent updates and more delayed replies the closer to closing we got.
Got the job done fast and efficient
Better communication after the process began. Quick responses at first, then had a few emails that were ignored or took a few days to get back to.
I feel like my loan was moving along really well and then at the very end things got chaotic and I was having to jump through a lot of hoops at the last minute. My loan closed late because the ball was dropped on my loan.
