Step by step was explained to us, specific directions were sent through e-mail and Tom was always there to follow up! Everything was done online including signing papers, which was extremely helpful in saving A LOT of time!!!

My husband and I were in a pretty terrible situation in needing to find a home ASAP. Tom and his team worked so incredibly hard to get us closed ahead of schedule AND before Christmas so Santa could come visit our son in our home, not our RV....

I have worked with Tom over the years and every time we need a lender I would always call him first. New home or refi has always been an easy process. Never had a worry about getting things done in a timely manner.
