Great communication, professional, goes above and beyond for their customers
Underwriting process was taxing and stressful. Communications regarding required documentation was unclear, causing unnecessary and repetitive tasks to be completed.
Tom and his team were fantastic. Constant communication and super responsive. Could not have had a better experience.
Tom and his team do an excellent job! They keep you informed and updated throughout the process. I highly recommend anyone buying a house or refinancing to work with Tom and his team!
