Theri was very personable and easy to work with. I enjoyed our chats. She was very thorough and concise. The reason I stated that some fees were unexpected were just some small fees that I was unaware of.

Theri and team were great on providing me timely updates and guiding me through the process. We did our inital mortgage through them (this was a re-fi) and it was much more burdensome. I'm not blaming Northpointe, it was just an exhausting...
