Theresa was in consta communication on each step and what was coming next . If we ever had any questions she was always quick to respond even if she didn't know and had to go find the answer. She made us feel more like friends then just a paycheck....

Theresa was very communicative with every one in the transaction. She has a passion to make sure everyone understands the potential "issues" that a manufactured FHA loan can call out that could cause delay, but everything went as it should...

Theresa was very comminicative. And she was ready with concerns that could arise; making sure we all were aware of the issues that could potentially slow the transaction down.
