Ted was always there when I needed him. He was very informative when I had questions. When there was a hiccup, he found me resources to sort it out and continuously reassured me that we had enough time.

and his team really went above and beyond to make sure I could get my loan completed. It was a very complicated underwriting process, but they never gave up on me. It meant the world to me to be able to finish this loan and be in a new house....
