Speed and communication are always great. If I had to provide one area for improvement I would say there was some minor confusion with having a few associates working the process simultaneously with Ted.
We’ve worked with Ted and his team several times, and he has been awesome each time. Always answers our questions within a reasonable amount of time, and does a great job of explaining our options. I highly recommend their services.
