I received great advice and support throughout the process. It was very easy to submit all of the required documentation and follow the status of my loan application. We discussed all available options for my home loan application.
Let me be clear Tessie Krygier was excellent. I would would work with her again and highly recommend her. However, the process was slow and seemed to me that it was beyond Tessie's control.
Tessie was amazing as always. However I am sad to see her in this position with Caliber. The process took way to long and the responses that she recieved were just not acceptable when she asked for updates.
