What will make it better is if phone calls and emails are answered when customers need information and also if customers are told all that it entails to get a loan from yr company because my loan was almost not approved because of my wife job...

Tessa was very personable. In the beginning things were easy-going, however communication was a bit lackluster towards the end of the deal. I do appreciate the fact that the deal got done but Amerisave needs to work on communication a lot more....
