Very thorough in explaining all details for all the things we need to do and made it easy for to understand your reverse mortgage. Was always available to answer all questions. Very thorough and patient. Just generally a very nice person.
We were unhappy with the communication during the processing of the loan. We went weeks without a phone call to let us know what was happening or even if the loan was going through. We were told the whole process would take 4-5 weeks from application...
