Fast and consistent communication
Communication was superb. Always was quick to respond and took the time to make sure we understood all that our experience entailed.
Ease of process.
She was honest and worked hard to get things done in a timely fashion. We had talked to another mortgage lender and got poor information and nearly no info. Terri was a breath of fresh air.
Terri communicates every detail and answers every question. She never sounds annoyed or in a rush she really takes the time to care for her clients!
