Clear consise information and timelines with the process. Made it easy to get the mortgage done......and that doesn't happen, in my experience with most brokers or banks.
Communication was fantastic. We were living out of State and trying to buy a home in Florida. Terri and her staff were excellent about keeping everything moving and communicating with us.

Terri recently helped me with my home loan this summer. She was very knowledgeable and saved me money knowing the process. I used my VA loan with no money down. Outstanding all the way through the process.5 Stars no doubt.

Made the whole process a breeze, kept us aware of everything that was happening, very friendly and professional. Being a first time buy, she took time to explain things as they moved along which was very helpful. Highly recommend!!
