Response time and communication
Kirby and Teri were very prompt in responding to our questions. Teri was very patient and explained everything to me, as this was my first time buying a home.
Teri was my loan officer for my last house and the only person I trust. She’s knowledgeable, smart, kind, and an overall great person. I have always recommended her to others and will continue to do so.
Teri and her team made everything super easy and took the time needed to explain everything. The whole process only took a couple of meetings. They worked really hard to keep up on rates and get the best option for us.
Great communication, very informative and helpful
Teri was very easy to work with and a pleasure throughout the process. Whether it was getting pre-approved to closing, Teri always had answers to any question that I had and made the process very easy for me.
