Teresa was always very helpful and pleasant in making sure all documents were in and helping me to find documents in unconventional ways if they weren't available. She has been a joy and a pleasure to work with.
Clear and specific directions on what was needed to attain the mortgage. A checklist of all the necessary documents. A loan officer who admits when a mistake has been made. A little more courtesy to the customer.
