Personal communication. Going from application to underwriting was problematic. I had uploaded docs and then had to reupload the same thing for underwriting. Give me a COMPLETE list of documents needed.
Answered questions quickly.
Great experience because she easily answered all the questions my client had, clarified where money was being charged/offered by the seller, and gave my clients peace of mind.
