far better communications. I had to constantly try to run down ted and his person in arizona, given unrealistic timelines/ The whole thing took over a year. I like ted butler as a friend and appreciate his way with people.

Just to be fair, this loan did take longer to close than our usual, application was 10/4/221 and closing was 2/28/22... which by my math is 4 months, not 6. And what was not mentioned in the above testimonial was the fact that on 11/16/21 we...

Ted is accessible and helps you over humps and snags encountered along the way to closing, during closing, and even afterwards. That kind of support and attention to detail(s) is all too rare. It's called customer service.
