Communication !!!!!!
Kevin was very thorough in explaining all possibilities at the start of the process. Taylor was easy to reach and communicate with. Everything was timely and closed as expected.
I thought everyone was helpfil
There was a brief frustration with the second extension of the rate lock. Otherwise, everything was fine.
I understand we had many extensions to deal with. We would have appreciated knowing ahead of time what was the true extension decision deadlines earlier. We felt rushed and a bit lied to at the end of each extension period.
