The application process was smooth and easy to submit documents online. Taylor was very helpful in explaining the process and loan options. Taylor was also easy to communicate with and easy to reach when we had questions.

I kept getting emails saying they need this and that instead of reviewing to see what they will need and ask g for it all at on e and it took 2 months to get it done.
