Tara Krauss made this transaction very easy. She is very knowledgeable regarding reverse mortgages. In addition she is very personable. I have made a new friend and will refer her to my friends
Everyone involved with the process was very nice. They gave me the tools that I needed to get things done. The process was kinda long. We were finally got things done so we could get it closed.
Tara was great but other departments slowed us down because they couldn't decide the paperwork they needed to complete the process. Way too much back and forth.
Tara was exceptional at keeping us informed and when situations arose with underwriting , some seeming a bit intrusive, she was able to keep us encouraged to keep going.
