Nothing was ever explained. Took extending escrow two times because they were so slow. Then wanted to charge us a fee for the extension. They repeatedly said they did not receive fax’s when they were sent.
Tara and Eileen went the extra miles to make sure we got this house. They were pleasant the entire time.
