Mr. Tunador was very easy to reach when we needed him. He was very efficient with answering our questions and it was very easy to understand the lists and charts of financial obligations we might have based on our situation.

Tan was excellent. Extremely responsive, and available whenever we needed him. I was able to contact him after business hours, and even on a Sunday for help as we submitted offers and he was able to help out immediately.
