Very informative, items are explained clearly.
For someone who doesn't deal with loans and banking all the time, it was very nice to have otherwise unfamiliar concepts explained in an understandable way.
I received personalized correspondence that included phone calls. Not once did anyone make me feel unwise about the material. The follow through was outstanding. It made me appreciate the whole experience. I am very thankful.
