The process took a while due to me trying to get the best rates with no money down. Tammy and her team were very knowledgeable and met all my requests and concern.

I feel that the constant drip, drip, drip of requested documents was too much. I would have preferred that a complete list of all documents needed be requested all at once. It took over 30 days for this process to be complete.

Experience with Tammy was very good but others in company never returned my calls this was after loan was approved. Was not a good experience since I hadn't refinanced in years.
