She and Janet went above and beyond and did it cheerfully the entire time. I few times i felt like i was bugging them with question, but they repeatdly reassured me that i was not and to keep asking!

Tammy was great! The construction department and underwriters seemed to be a little unorganized with the documents needed and when they were requested.
